Our Wolf Security team recently had the privilege of working at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA) at the V&A Waterfront, supporting a high-profile international event. A World-Class Museum Setting
Zeitz MOCAA is one of Africa’s leading contemporary art museums and an architectural landmark in the Silo District at the V&A Waterfront. It regularly hosts international exhibitions, cultural gatherings and corporate events – making professional, visible security an essential part of every function.
Our Role on the Day
For this event, Wolf Security took on event management over and above our normal security role.
Our responsibilities included:
- Event management & coordination – Working closely with the organisers and venue to manage timings, guest flow and overall logistics on the day.
- Access control & guest reception – Managing entry points, checking accreditation and welcoming guests as they arrived.
- VIP and asset protection – Providing an attentive presence around key guests and sensitive areas within the museum.
- Crowd and safety management – Monitoring movement throughout the venue and responding proactively to any potential risks.
This combination of event management and security allowed the organisers to focus on their guests, knowing operations were being handled by an experienced team.
