Many of our Wolf Group employees attended an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Workshop hosted by Mandi Fourie, an Industrial Psychologist.
The workshop focused on the following:
- Developing an awareness and understanding of EQ.
- How and why EQ applies in their daily work (i.e. customer service element).
- Understanding and managing emotions.
EQ Training and workshops help to develop Emotional Intelligence, which impacts relationships, engagement, effectiveness, and performance. Science together with the measurable outcomes from EQ training are showing over and over again that happier and more balanced people mean better relationships and greater business success. It’s a win-win situation.
We believe that this was a valuable exercise that was well received, and hope that each Wolf Group employee who attended will implement the knowledge and skills learned in their teams and communities, which they help to protect.
