Site Training facilitator working for Wolf Security Solutions in Cape Town.

Professional Summary:

A confident person with good interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional attitude. Good organisational

skills and abilities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Knowledge Skills and Attributes required:

– Healthy and physically fit;

– Currently registered with PSIRA as trainer;

– Trained in basic firefighting, and OHS Act;

– HR Knowledge in regards to Discipline;

– Valid Driver’s License (Own Transport Preferably);

– PSIRA Registered – Grade B minimum and Preferably Grade A

– Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated including booster

– Ability to communicate with employees (IsiXhosa would be helpful);

– Computer Skills (MS Email, Excel, PPt and word)

– Basic Knowledge of the labour law

– Working under extreme pressure situations;

– Clean previous disciplinary record;

– Clear Criminal Record;

– 3 years’ of experience in a training environment with three current and valid references.
